Multiple Listings

Recommended to: 

those who load their own stock through a managing program or through Excel or CSV file and for those who, for any reason, need to open and close the listings.


Buttons and their function

On the left:

Create and select a new listing

Clone listing

Delete listing

Publish listing

Import orders/ Import listings


On the right:

Filter according to: Title of the listing, eBay website, Number of the product

Set: title of the listing, eBay website, number of the product 

Order title: increasing/decreasing listing




Publish various product at a time: multiple listings

The multiple listing allows you to sell more products on eBay through a single operation and, as a consequence, sparing a lot of time. 


How to do:

Click on the button Markets > eBay > listings

Click on the icon "+" Select the heading Multiple listings 

Fill in the field

General: website (eBay website used to publish), User,Listing duration, item location, Template.

Select the products you need to list, starting from the tree list on the left 

Visibility: Publish additional images, Hit counter type

National shipping: Shipping method, Cost, Additional costs, Maximum dispatch time.

International shipping: shipping method, Nation/Continent, Cost, Additional costs, Additional location, excluded location

Accepted payment method: select the options about the payment accepted, Paypal Account, Cash on delivery, Additional payment instructions

Returns: select the return policy. If you have both national and international shipping you have to add also a return policy for national and international policies. 

eBay Category**: select the type of category. First category, Second category.

eBay Store category: select the type of category. First category, Second category 

Select the button “Publish” (if I need to publish immediately the lisitngs). You can also click on "verify" to see if your listings are ok before publishing. 

** Categories. The categories for the multiple listings are chosen and selected at the top of the page, next to the tabs of the fields.
